I Did Not Receive My Credits

 

If you made a purchase through the iOS App and iTunes and do not see your credits in your VB-MAPP account:

1.  Make sure you were logged into the correct VB-MAPP account when you made your purchase.  Purchases are added to the account that was logged in at the time the purchase was made.

2.  If you still do not see your credits, please open a Customer Support Ticket and attach a copy of the iTunes receipt you received from Apple.  Please be sure to include your VB-MAPP account email in the ticket.

3.  Once we have received the receipt we can attach the purchase to your account manually.
